Extended Stay Hotels Converted to Affordable Housing
Eagle Property Capital and its joint venture partner Promecap acquired two extended stay hotels, the 95-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott St. Petersburg Clearwater and the 88-room Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Clearwater. The properties have been renovated and converted to affordable housing apartments. Pelican Lake Apartments, with 183 newly renovated studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment units, offers many fantastic amenities, including a refreshing swimming pool with a sundeck, picnic area, on-site dog park, basketball court, outdoor kitchen, and firepit area. Our clubhouse features a fitness center and a business center. For your convenience, we also offer an on-site laundry facility, complimentary Wi-Fi in all common areas, and on-site management and maintenance teams. Pelican Lake Apartments was converted to apartments, the community was previously the site of two hotels.
