Exterior Nearing Completion at Affordable Housing Community in Winter Haven
The exterior walls of the clubhouse and apartment buildings are up at Florence Place, an affordable housing community in Winter Haven. The exterior walls on one side of an apartment building are finished and the windows have been installed. Florence Place is developer Blue Sky’s newest affordable housing community and will provide 88 residential units. The garden style complex will offer apartments to Polk County residents who are at 60% or less of the area’s median income. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2024.
