Exterior Nearing Completion at St. Petersburg Whole Foods
Construction of the exterior is nearly complete at the first Whole Foods store in St. Petersburg. Crews are expected to begin interior construction by the end of June 2023. The store will be located at 201 38th Avenue N, a few miles north of downtown St. Petersburg. The Whole Foods store is planned for 40,000 square feet. Plans also call for a free-standing Starbucks on the site. The Suncoast Fitness and Dollar Store that were on the site have been demolished.
