Exterior Nearly Complete at Saltaire St. Petersburg
Construction has progressed at Saltaite St. Petersburg, the exterior is nearly complete. A new 35-story condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg, Saltaire will offer 192 condominiums, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground level retail space. The two and three-bedroom residential units will range from 1,663 to 2,712 square feet and the four penthouses will have either 7,630 or 7,910 square feet. The residences have sold out a little over a year before the slated completion date of June 2023.The development will include an amenity deck on the seventh floor above the parking garage which will have 596 spaces. The site is next to the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel, on a former surface parking lot. Kolter, the developer, is building 205 parking spaces for the hotel as part of the sale.
