Exterior Nearly Complete at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor
The construction of the exterior is nearly complete at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor. Construction was delayed for a month in the fall due to damage from Hurrican Ian. Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, southwest Florida’s newest destination, will provide 785 guest rooms, including 189 Sunsuites™ and 596 premium rooms. Guests will have access to 20 dining concepts ranging from fine dining, casual and quick service. The resort will feature two pools, state of the art fitness center and full-service spa and salon along with 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The largest ballroom features 14,000 square feet of unobstructed waterfront views. The championship level Aileron golf club is exclusive to resort guests.
