Exterior Walls Are Up at Hangar Court Distribution Center in Tampa
The exterior walls are up as construction moves towards completion at Hangar Court Distribution Center, a new industrial building near Tampa International Airport, that will offer 101,000 square feet. JLL is partnering with the developer, Stonelake Capital Partners to lease the property. The building will have 32’ clear height and will include 109 employee parking spaces, 25 dock high doors and 2 drive-in doors with ramps. Construction is on track for a Q4 2023 delivery.
