Exterior Walls Complete at Casa Gomez
The exterior walls are complete, and the windows have been installed as construction moves toward completion at Casa Gomez. The new office building in Tampa’s historic Ybor City will add approximately 22,000 square feet of office space. Casa Gomez will be located next to Casa Marti, a new mixed use residential and retail building. The four-story building will feature a restaurant on the first floor with offices on floors two-four. A rooftop bar will overlook Ybor City and provide views of Downtown Tampa, Water Street and the Channel District.
