Exterior Walls Up Going Up on Building 100 at East Tampa Commerce Center
The slab is down, and the exterior walls are going up on Building 100 as construction moves forward at East Tampa Commerce Center. The new Class A distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
