Exterior Work Ongoing at Northeastern's New Mega Dorm
Exterior work continues on Northeastern University's new 21 story student housing complex on Columbus Avenue in Roxbury. The $160 million project will include a total of 812 beds spread throughout a mix of two and four bedroom apartments. Residents will also have access to 12,000 sf of common amenity space and a fitness center. The ground floor will house 3,000 sf of retail. American Campus Communities will manage the tower once complete.
