Exterior Work Wrapping Up for Fairchild Apartments
Telligent Masonry & Donohoe Construction Work are wrapping up exterior work for the Fairchild Apartments in Germantown. The 6-story multifamily is composed of 406,000 modular pieces of brick, 1,000 square feet of cast stone panels, 1,000 square feet of cast stone base and 8,500 lineal feet of cast stone bands, heads, sills and piers! The new building will include 212 apartments.
