FAA Approval Sought for 445-Foot Tower in Brickell
Plans have been submitted to the FAA for approval of a 445-foot mixed-use tower in Brickell. The 39-story mixed-use tower will rise on the site of the demolished Starlite Motel. The development will include 517 residential units, 8,282 square feet of ground floor retail, indoor and outdoor amenity spaces and the 8th and 39th floors. In addition, plans show a six-level parking garage with 506 parking spaces. The development is located a block away from Brickell City Center
