FAA Grants Approval Mixed-Use Development in Miami
The plans for 2900 Terrace, a 38-story mixed-use development in Miami’s Edgewater Neighborhood, have been approved by the FAA (Federal Aviation Authority). The development will include 324 residential units, 22,354 square feet of office space, 13,108 square feet of commercial space and 515 parking spaces. The 1.5-acre site is convenient to multiple shopping and dining venues including The Shops at Midtown and The Midtown Shopping Mall as well as The Miami Design District and Margaret Pace Park and is five miles from downtown Miami. Completion is expected in 2026.
