Facade Install Underway for Bethesda Multifamily Tower
After recently topping out, facade and window installation is now underway for The Camille in downtown Bethesda. The building's façade comprises a combination of brick, metal panels, full-height windows, and an Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) that form a stunning addition to the surrounding skyline. The building will offer 181 units, a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts. Amenities include a ground-floor fitness center, rooftop penthouse offering expansive views of Bethesda, a club room with kitchen, and a business center with private workspaces.
