The Illustrator Update 12/12/22

Facade Work Nearly Complete for The Illustrator

With the exception of the ground floor, facade work has finished for a 6-story, mixed-use project, going up at 600 North Avenue in New Rochelle. Construction netting has already come down on the right side of the building, revealing unhindered views of the new windows and brickwork. The project team is also very far along with the interior finishing process at this point.

Developed by  and designed by The Sullivan Architecture Group, the building will be known as "The Illustrator". It is set to contain residential units and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
