Facade Work Progresses for New Rochelle Mixed-Use

Facade work is starting to come together for a 6-story, mixed-use project, at 600 North Avenue in New Rochelle. Cladding materials have been installed on the sides of the structure, and decorative parapet sections are now visible on the roof. The face of the building has received waterproofing layers, with the exception of the bottom two floors. The project topped out in late March and crews have since been busy assembling the interior floor plans as well.

Developed by  and designed by The Sullivan Architecture Group, the building will be known as "The Illustrator". It is set contain residential units and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
