Facade Work Well Underway for Luxury Yorkville Tower Project
General contractor, , has installed most of the facade panels and windows at 250 East 83rd Street; a 32-story, residential tower, going up in Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain luxury rental apartments. Plans also call for of ground-floor retail space.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a rooftop pool and lounge, a children's playroom, and a theatre room.
Designed by , 250 East 83rd Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Valley Bank has provided $145 million in funding for the project and construction is expected to take until May of 2025.
The project site sits directly across the street from 300 East 83rd Street, where Lalezarian Properties is constructing a 22-story condo tower of similar, albeit smaller stature.
