Fairfax County Approves West Falls Church Metro Mixed-Use Project
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has approved plans for a mixed-use project on a 24 acres site at the West Falls Church Metro Station. The board’s approval comes 3 months after the Fairfax County Planning Commission gave the ok. The redevelopment will include up to 810 multifamily residential units, 85 single-family townhouses, a 110,000-square-foot office building, and up to 10,000 square feet of retail.
