Federal Realty Wins Preliminary Approval for Bethesda Row Redevelopment
Federal Realty has won approval from the Montgomery County Planning board for a 10-story mixed-use building at 7070 Arlington Road in Bethesda. The project will retain around 38,000 square feet of existing retail uses plus include 250 residential units and another 14,000 square feet of new commercial space. Plans also call for 242 parking spaces in total and various amenity spaces.
