First Elevated Deck Poured on North Tower at Ritz-Carlton Residences Estero Bay

 

 

Construction crews have poured the 1,200 yards of concrete in the first elevated deck pour at Salftleaf, the north tower of The Ritz-Carlton Estero Bay. The luxury condominium development will bring 224 residential units in two 22-story towers. Located between Sanibel Island and Naples, the community will overlook Estero Bay.  The residences will include two, three and four bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet.  Community amenities will feature three pools, 36,000 square feet of indoor amenities including fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio, steam and sauna.  The indoor area will also feature an 8,000 square foot space with the Sunset Lounge, a private dining room, a sports/news café, wine and whiskey room with temperature-controlled storage. Residents will also have access to the planned Saltleaf Golf preserve and will be able to walk to the planned Saltleaf Marina.  Minutes away is the friendly town of Bonita Springs, home to dining, boutiques and galleries, and Barefoot Beach, named one of the top 10 beaches in the U.S. Getting to The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay is easy, only 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. Opening is expected in 2025.
