First Tenant Signed at Industrial Development in Doral
Cushman & Wakefield has secured the first tenant in Bridge Point Doral, a planned industrial development that will span more than 175 acres. The tenant, a Fortune 500 food distributor, will occupy 131,411 square feet in Building 6 upon its completion in mid-2024. BPD will total 2.6 Million Square Feet of state-of-the-art industrial space with the unique ability to offer build-to-suit options of up to 1.4 million square feet, all within in a single or multi-building configuration. Construction has begun in Phase I with deliveries slated for 2024.
