First Units Complete at Sedna Beverly
Interior work is wrapping up at the Sedna Beverly Waterfront, and the first units are now available for move-in. The waterfront project includes a total of 62 apartments along with a public waterfront park. 1 & 2 bedroom units are currently ranging in price from around $2200 through $3800 per month. Community amenities include rooftop decks, two fitness centers, co-working facilities, club space, a game room, a community patio, and outdoor lounge space.
