Florida Gulf Coast 75 Logistics Center Nearing Completion
The exterior is nearly complete and construction crews are working on the interior and site work at the Florida Gulf Coast Logistics Center. The new warehouse logistics center in Punta Gorda will add 378,000-square feet of space. The Florida Gulf Coast 75 Logistics Center, located on the grounds of the Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park, will be a 32-feet tall single side loaded industrial facility with 54 loading docks and 73 trailer storage spaces opposite the loading docks. Completion is expected in September 2023.
