Foundation Construction Ongoing for Southie Mixed-Use Project
Foundation construction is ongoing for the upcoming 5-story mixed-use project 218-220 Old Colony Ave in South Boston. The development will include 32-unit residential units and approximately 1,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. 33 garage parking spaces are planned for the building’s two-level garage, which will include six mechanical lifts providing 12 parking spaces.
