Foundation Work Underway for Affordable Tyson's Project
Clark Construction has kicked off foundation work at Tyson's first 100% affordable housing project, The Exchange at Spring Hill Station. The full support of the excavation scheme involves drilling 125 soldier piles with 4 rows of tie-backs with a significant dewatering system. The Exchange at Spring Hill Station will consist of two, 20-story mixed-use buildings featuring 516 residential units.
