Framing Complete at Aston Park Apartments in Davenport, Florida
The framing is complete, and the roofs have been installed on all of the buildings Aston Park Apartments, located in Davenport, Florida. The exterior is complete on the clubhouse and one of the apartment buildings. The 27.3-acre multifamily community will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings and (10) carriage homes, totaling 338 dwelling units. The project unit mix and building layout will consist of 503,300 sq. ft. – including an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse. Additional amenities include a pool, dog park, fire table and outdoor kitchen. Residents will enjoy a unique outdoor area with artificial turf, a community seating area, and a play sand area.
