Framing Complete for New Fairfax Mazda
Chesapeake Contracting Group is finishing up the concrete in the parking garage while getting ready for the MEP roughs in for the new Brown's Mazda in Fairfax. In the showroom, the roof is completed with all the rooftop units set and Inside the building, the firm is working on getting watertight with the installation of the glazing. Once finished, this 2-story, 103,000 SF Mazda dealership will include a showroom, associated offices, service and parts department, and an enclosed 4-story garage.
