Framing is Underway at Story Lake Gibson in Lakeland, Florida
Construction is underway and framing has started at Story Lake Gibson. The new apartment community sits on 17.89 acres on W Daughtery Rd, near the intersection with US Hwy 98, approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Lakeland and less than 3 miles from Interstate 4. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. Story Lake Gibson is slated to welcome its first residents in early 2023.
