Framing Underway at Ranch Hill in San Antonio, Florida
The framing is progressing at Ranch Hill, a new multifamily community under construction in San Antonio, Florida. The community will offer 315 living units. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units will be contained in three-story buildings. Ranch Hill is the only development in the submarket utilizing Big House architecture, a trademarked design developed by architect Humphries & Partners that evokes the look and feel of a townhouse product, including integrated garages, while providing increased efficiency versus a side-by-side layout. Community amenities include resort-style pool, clubhouse, indoor and outdoor fitness center, grilling stations, outdoor kitchens, lawn games area, dog spa and park, and car washing station. The community is located just west of I-75 and south of State Road 52 approximately 25 miles north of Tampa.
