Framing Underway at The Adderley in Tampa
The framing has begun and the pillars for the stairwells are up at The Adderley, new affordable housing community in Tampa. Blue Sky Communities is working with contractor Park & Eleazor. The Tampa-based developer currently has 10 affordable housing communities in various stages of development in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area. The Adderley will add 118 apartment units. The five-story building will include 67 one-bedroom, 37 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom apartment units. Community Amenities include a pool and playground.
