Framing Underway at Villas at Gulf Coast
The framing and decking have begun in the first phases of Villas at Gulf Coast. The site utilities are complete, and the first lift of asphalt has been installed. Located off Alico Road, just east of I-75, Villas at Gulf Coast will offer 140 horizontal rental units. Each unit is a standalone apartment with its own backyard. The one, two and three-bedroom units range in size from 750 square feet to 1,300 square feet. The backyards start at 300 square feet and will vary in size, depending on the size of the apartment unit. Plans are to have the first 20 finished in fall 2023 and all 140 units completed in the first quarter of 2024.
