Framing Underway for 700+ Unit Everett Project
Framing is underway for phase 1 of 1690 Revere Beach Parkway in Everett, a two-phase, mixed-use development in Everett’s Commercial Triangle district. This first phase will include 325 apartments with phase 2 set to deliver 416 units. The project will also feature 9,500 square feet of retail space and 22,800 square feet of amenities. The amenities will include a pool for each building and 5 courtyards.
