Framing Underway for Southie Mixed-Use Project
With an elevator core in place, framing is rising at 267 Old Colony Ave for the Trimount Place development. The new building will include 55 residential units and nearly 8,000 square feet of commercial space. The project is located across the street from Washington Village and just a few blocks from Andrew Square.
