Framing Underway on 100+ Unit Beverly Project
has begun framing at the Block at Odell Park in Beverly. Plans call for a 166,400-square-foot mixed-use building containing 106 residential units and 9,000 square feet of commercial/retail on the ground floor across the street from the Beverly MBTA commuter station.
