Framing Nearly Complete for Newton Senior Living Project Framing is nearly complete for Sunrise Senior Living in Newton Corner. The facility will offer 85 suites specifically constructed for seniors and their unique needs. The new community will offer residents underground parking, a bistro, an outdoor park, and common area.  


Trio Newton

Construction Continues at Trio Newton: Pre-Leasing Now Underway Both exterior and interior work is ongoing at Trio in the heart of Newtonville with pre-leasing underway for expected move in this summer.  The modern building will feature a total of 140 apartments along with 39,745 square feet of ground-floor retail space and an underground garage with 236 vehicle parking spaces and over 180 bicycle storage spaces. 110 surface parking spaces will also be provided for commercial patrons. Residents will have access to 2 roof decks, a private library/conference room, plus a fitness center with a yoga room and spin studio.

Framing Underway for Broadstone Middlesex Structural steel framing is ongoing for the lower floors of Broadstone Middlesex in Billerica. The new building is set to include 211 modern apartments along with 2,750 square feet of commercial space. The luxury project is also set to offer residents amenities such as a resort-inspired pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, bike repair station, and large exterior courtyard.

The project features 3 buildings to include a total of 326 apartments ranging in size from 530 square foot studios through 1342 square foot two bedrooms. Resident amenities offered include yoga and spin studios, a golf simulator, and a gaming lounge. First residents are expected to move in later this month.

Newton Senior Living Facility Financed for $33.95 Million The project at 431 Washington Street in Newton, MA has been financed via M&T Bank for $33.95 million. The ground-up building will offer 85 suites serving up to 108 residents. Each residence is specifically constructed for seniors and their unique needs. Standard features of the building will include wheelchair-accessible suites and common rooms, showers modified to fit all different assistance devices and hallways with assistance handrails.

Washington Place in Newton Taking Shape Framing is in place and sheathing is going up for the mixed-use project, Washington Place in the heart of Newton. The new building will include 140 residential units, 26 of which are designated affordable, along with nearly 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. A below-grade garage will include 236 parking spaces for residents and there will also be 110 surface spots for commercial patrons.

The project will include 326 units between three buildings along with a five-level precast parking garage. Resident amenities will include a yoga and spin studio along with virtual golf simulator.

Resident amenities will include a roof deck and fitness center along with 15,000 square feet of outdoor space. The project is located just steps from the Newtonville Commuter Rail Station.

The Merc Refinanced for $96 Million The Merc in Waltham has been refinanced by Northland Investment Corporation via New York Life for $96 million. The building containing 269 luxurious apartments is located in downtown Waltham. It features three new buildings with resident amenities including a sky deck with sweeping views, a billiards room, a fitness center, a business center and on-site parking. 27,500 square feet of retail space is located on The Merc's ground floor. The Merc is steps from multiple dining and entertainment options as well as direct transit service to downtown Boston.

Downtown Worcester is ideally located steps from the Worcester Common and the new transportation hub at Worcester’s Union Station offering multiple transport options, including Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) trains, Amtrak, and bus service.
