T&D NY Construction Corp. is a privately held, family owned construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Tadeusz (Teddy) Kordowski opened his first construction company, Teddy Construction in 1995. In 2002 Teddy formed a new company, Teddy Renovation Plumbing & heating which was focused on residential renovations. On weekends Teddy was joined by his high school aged son, David, who witnessed first-hand the growth of his father’s business. David started with ordering coffee, cleaning up sites and by the age of 18 was assisting with carpentry, plumbing, mechanical work and learning how to manage the business aspects of a construction company. With a building reputation by 2003 Teddy expanded Teddy Renovations Inc. to focus on residential and commercial renovations. In 2005 David Kordowski joined his father as a corporate officer and became Teddy’s second in command. In 2013 Teddy Renovations officially became T&D NY Construction Corp. T&D NY Construction Corp. is renowned for their ability to provide excellent service and high quality finishes in what most would consider challenging residential and commercial renovations.
