Permit Pulled for FIt-Out of Ten Percent Happier at Congress Square Tremont Construction has pulled a permit for the fit-out of Ten Percent Happier offices at Congress Square. The build-out of the lower mezzanine level will include new finishes, fixtures, and floor coverings. The permit is valued at $700K.

Deka Immobilien Submits Plans for Renovation of 175 Federal Street Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH has submitted a small project review application for the renovation of 175 Federal Street. Plans call for the enclosure of the first 2 stories of the building in a canted structural glazing system. As part of the project, the building's lobby would be relocated to the corner of Purchase Street and Summer Street and a new elevator will provide ADA access to a raised platform available to the public. The emergency generator and loading dock would also be relocated and replaced with active uses along the Dewey Square frontage. This new area will create around 12,000 square feet of new space anticipated to consist of active uses such as retail and restaurant spaces.

The permit valued at $2.628M calls for minor demo of existing finishes plus new finish work and adjustment to MEP's to accommodate the new layout.

$5M Reno Permit Issued for Office Space at 44-54 Farnsworth St. Tremont Construction Management has pulled a permit for phased renovations of the office space on floors 2-7 of 44-54 Farnsworth Street. The permit, valued at $5M, calls for a new layout and finishes with MEP & fire alarm adjustments to accommodate the new floorplan.
