George Washington U Campus Bookstore Coming to 2100 Penn
Boston Properties has requested a modification of consequence to authorize adjustments to the approved plans for 2100 Penn to accommodate The George Washington University campus/bookstore. The University store would occupy a roughly 16,000 square foot, two-story retail space at the corner of 21st and I Streets NW. Per the filing, the Campus Store is an ideal anchor for this space as it will create pedestrian activity during day, evening, and weekend hours as well as provide a variety of goods that cater not only to the university community but also to the public as a whole.
