Georgetown Acquires Historic Car Barn for $70M
Douglas Development has sold the historic Car Barn at 3600 M Street NW to Georgetown University for $70M. This historic landmark building constructed in 1895 was originally home to the city’s horse-drawn trolley cars and redeveloped into office space in 1998. The building is adjacent to Georgetown University, which leased most of the property for its School of Business property.
