Gilbane and SavCon Selected To Oversee the Preconstruction and Construction Management Services for the Prestigious Olara Residences in West Palm Beach, FL

Gilbane Building Company and SavCon have been selected by Savanna to provide preconstruction and construction management services for the Olara Residences in West Palm Beach, FL. Located at 1919 North Flagler Drive, Olara is a mixed-use waterfront luxury residence, spanning over 2 million SF, and was designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard. Developed by New York-based Savanna, the building will consist of meticulously crafted interiors and exteriors, featuring 275 condominiums and 210 lease apartments, focusing on creating inviting spaces and delivering a holistic living experience while ensuring LEED® certification and sustainability standards are met.
