Goodwill Planning Affordable Housing for Arlington Site
Goodwill of Greater Washington is planning the redevelopment of their 10 South Glebe Road property in Arlington in collaboration with ACH, Inc. The roughly 60,000 square foot site is currently home to a Goodwill store & donation center. Redevelopment plans call for a new mixed-use building to include roughly 100 affordable units along with new space for the store.
