Green Valley Apartment Renovations Approved
The DC Zoning Board has approved planned renovations to the Green Valley Apartments along Franklin Street NE. The building, constructed in 1971, is in significant need of modernization and renovation to continue to provide safe, clean, and adequate housing for its intended senior residents. The project includes full modernization and renovation along with a new elevator, and meeting rooms. Following the renovation, the number of apartments will remain at 100.
