Greystar Secures $54.3 Million Loan for Construction of Apartments in Naples
Developer Greystar has obtained a construction loan for $54.3 million from Centennial Bank for a new apartment community in Naples. The Bank’s Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Team, Jeffrey Woodin, orchestrated the transaction for the loan to build Marlowe Naples. The development Marlowe Naples will provide 216 market-rate and affordable housing apartment units. The community will set aside 43 units, 20%, for affordable housing for individuals who earn 50% to 80% of the area median income. The site is along Whitaker Road, near the intersection of Santa Barbara Road. Ground clearing and construction are slated to begin June 1 with the first units available for move ins in August or September 2024.
