Ground Broken at Baytop Commerce Center in West Tampa
Developer Johnson Development Associates, Inc. has announced that ground has been broken at their new industrial center in West Tampa. Baytop Commerce Center will offer 172,620 square feet of industrial space. The 32-feet high rear-load building will feature 49 dock doors and up to four drive in ramps. The 13.77-acre site will include 173 car parking spaces. Located approximately 11 miles northwest of the Tampa International Airport, this Class A spec building is right in the heart of Hillsborough Avenue, which serves as a major road connection between Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. This site has a flexible building footprint that caters to single tenant or multitenant users and is surrounded by an impressive credit tenant leasing velocity. Delivery is anticipated in Q1 2024.
