Ground Broken at Midpoint Florida Logistics Center

 

 

Developer Dalfen Industrial has broken ground at Midpoint Florida Logistics Center, the preeminent industrial development along the I-4 corridor. The project is equidistant to Orlando and Tampa and boasts a reach of over 19 million people within a 4-hour drive time, providing a unique ability to service the Florida market. The project includes two buildings.  Building 100 is 422,199 SF and has a 36’ Clear height, 68 Dock Doors, 4 Drive-In Doors, 83 Trailer Parking Spaces, 386 Automobile Spaces and 33 Pit Levelers.  Building 200, which measures 474,600 square feet, offers 36’ Clear Height, 116 Dock Doors, 4 Drive-In Doors, 76 Trailer Parking Spaces, 217 Automobile Spaces and 49 Pit Levelers. The project is slated to be completed in a single phase, with anticipated delivery of both buildings in Q1 2023.
