Ground Broken at Siesta Lakes in Cape Coral
Developers Shoreham Capital, Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group and Denver-based Wynkoop Financial have broken ground at a new apartment community in Cape Coral and construction is underway. Siesta Lakes, a new Class A apartment community in Cape Coral, will offer 412 apartment units. The one, two and three-bedroom units will each have a private balcony, high end finishes and open concept living areas. Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, pickleball court, clubhouse, business center and dog park. Completion is scheduled to begin in Q2 2025.
