Groundbreaking Celebrated at FAT Village in Fort Lauderdale
Developers Hines and Urban Development held the groundbreaking ceremony at FAT Village and construction is underway. The 5.6-acre, 835,000-square-foot, office, retail and residential mixed-use urban destination is located in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. The 24-story 835,000 square foot complex will feature three buildings with 858 residential units, 176,655 square feet of office space, along with 83,638 square feet of restaurant and retail space and a 1,200-space parking garage.
