Groundbreaking Held at Gallery at Marti Park in Miami
The groundbreaking ceremony was held at Gallery at Marti Park in Miami. The apartment building is planned to rise 12 stories and include 176 residential units of which 85 will be set aside for low-income housing. The development will include a 5,200-square-foot community center headed by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc., which will serve families in the community. It will also include parking for 177 vehicles, and an elevated amenities deck.
