Groundbreaking Set for Canvas GWX Townhomes in Ybor City
Tampa developers Shepard Capital Partners and Sight Development will hold the groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, September 15 at Canvas GWX, a new luxury townhome community planned in Tampa’s Ybor City. Canvas GWX will feature 40 luxury townhomes contained in 11 buildings. The 2.5-acre site in Ybor City is in close proximity to the coming Gas Worx development just north of downtown Tampa. The three-story townhomes will average 2,169 square feet. The three-bedroom, three-and-half-bath units will include a garage and rooftop patio. The asking price is starting out at $705,000 and range up to $775,000. Construction is expected to begin in July 2023. The developers are also working together on Shore House II, a luxury townhome development in south Tampa that started construction in December 2022.
