Harbour Pointe Sold for $9.45 Million
The downtown Safety Harbor shopping plaza Harbour Pointe has been sold for $9.45 million. The buyer is an LLC connected to a private investor. Colliers West Florida Retail & Office Investments represented the seller. Colliers Debt & Equity Team worked with the buyer to arrange acquisition financing. Harbour Pointe offers over 45,000 square feet of retail and office space in downtown Safety Harbor. Tenants include Starbucks, ColdStone Creamery, The Brinehouse Bar Fly Saltwater Grill, The Screaming Jalapeno Tacos and Cantina among others The fully leased Class A mixed-use property is less than 10 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
