Hemenway Construction Wrapping up Work on North End Condo Renovation
Hemenway Construction is wrapping up work on the renovation of the brownstone at 14 N. Bennet Street in the heart of the North End. The 5 story brownstone was taken down to the studs and rebuilt entirely new featuring a rare blend of modern luxury and historic North End charm. The 6 homes feature, high-end luxury finishes including custom cabinetry, Bosch stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Chris Hemenway, CEO of Hemenway Construction, tells BLDUP “This was a highly demanding project tightly packed on a one-way street in the North End. The entire team had to overcome many challenges and adapt the design to the site conditions to make it happen. In the end, the units came out spacious and gorgeous.”
